Terms and Conditions Using the TK8 Platform

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and tk8 ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the tk8.cx website, the tk8 mobile app, and all services provided by our platform.

By clicking the "Register" button, accessing your account, or using any part of the TK8 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. Your consent also encompasses our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this document.

Tk8 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on our website. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2User Eligibility

The tk8 platform is open only to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements. You are fully responsible for ensuring you qualify to use this platform before registering.

• You must be at least 18 years of age on the date of registration.
• You must be an individual registering for personal purposes, not on behalf of any business entity or third party.
• You are not on any list of individuals prohibited from gambling activities by any relevant authority.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where the use of online gambling platforms is prohibited by law.
• You register and play on your own behalf, not as a representative or agent of any other party.
• You are not currently experiencing a gambling addiction that requires professional treatment or support.

3Registration & Account

Each player is permitted to hold only one active tk8 account at any time. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms. If you have forgotten your password or are experiencing access issues, please contact our support team instead of opening a new account.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. tk8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends. TK8 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your own negligence.

• Use a strong, unique password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.
• Contact customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Keep your personal information up to date whenever changes occur to ensure your account details remain accurate.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Tk8 supports a wide range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and online banking. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and protected with industry-standard encryption.

Deposits will be credited to your account immediately upon successful payment confirmation. If your deposit is not credited within 15 minutes, please contact our customer support with proof of payment.

For withdrawals, TK8 processes requests within 1 to 3 hours for supported payment methods. Your first withdrawal requires a completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before it can be processed. This involves verifying your identity documents and proof of address.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM20 and the minimum withdrawal is RM50.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.
• Tk8 reserves the right to request additional documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits.
• Funds held in a TK8 account do not accrue any interest.
• Any attempt to process payments through a card or account that does not belong to you is prohibited.

5Bonus & Promotions

Tk8 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to players, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms and conditions that must be read before claiming.

The wagering requirement (rollover) determines how many times you must wager the bonus amount before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a RM100 bonus with a 10x rollover requirement, you must place a total of RM1,000 in wagers before the winnings are eligible for withdrawal.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion unless otherwise stated.
• Tk8 reserves the right to cancel bonuses that were claimed fraudulently or through methods that violate the rules.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is considered fraud and will result in the closure of all accounts involved.
• The validity period of each bonus is stated in the respective promotion's terms — expired bonuses will be forfeited automatically.
• Tk8 reserves the right to modify or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6Game Rules

All games available on tk8 use a certified, independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG). This ensures every game outcome is completely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party, including tk8 itself.

In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, TK8's system records shall be considered conclusive evidence. Any technical disruption affecting game outcomes will be resolved based on our server records, and the decision of TK8 management is final.

• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.
• Minimum and maximum bets for each game are as displayed in the game interface.
• Tk8 reserves the right to void bets placed after the designated closing time.
• Any internet connection disruptions during a game session are the player's own responsibility.

7Prohibited Conduct

Tk8 is committed to maintaining a fair and safe gaming environment for all players. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action where necessary.

• Use of automation software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Attempting to exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system to gain unauthorized advantages.
• Identity fraud or use of another person's personal information without authorization.
• Money laundering through the tk8 platform.
• Owning or using multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or repeatedly claim bonuses.
• Colluding with other players to cheat the system in table games or poker.
• Placing opposing bets simultaneously across two different accounts to guarantee wins without risk.

8Privacy & Personal Data

Tk8 respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA Malaysia). Data you provide during registration and platform use is only used for service operation purposes and will not be sold to third parties.

9Responsible Gaming

Tk8 cares about the well-being of our players. We provide a variety of self-control tools to help you play within healthy and responsible limits. These tools can be accessed at any time through your account settings.

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that you can set yourself.
• Loss limits to control the maximum amount you can lose within a given period.
• Session time limits to restrict the duration of play in a single session.
• Temporary break option ranging from 24 hours to six months.
• Permanent self-exclusion for those who require more drastic measures.

10Liability Limits

Tk8 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to: financial losses resulting from gambling activity, service interruptions due to technical issues beyond our control, or losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own negligence.

Under no circumstances shall TK8's maximum liability to you exceed the amount you have deposited onto our platform within the 30 days preceding the relevant claim. TK8 continuously strives to ensure the platform operates smoothly, but cannot fully guarantee the absence of technical disruptions.

11Account Closure

You have the right to close your TK8 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you upon proper identity verification, provided there are no active restrictions on the account.

Tk8 also reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for relevant legal and compliance reasons. In cases of closure due to a violation, tk8 reserves the right to withhold the account balance while an investigation is conducted.

12Terms Changes

Tk8 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to players via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless the changes are required immediately for legal or security reasons.

Continued use of the tk8 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal legal action is taken.
